• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure use of the Services.
• NannyBot AI advice is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or parental judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Bit Mentors Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Services in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bit Mentors Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

• You may stop using the Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately end.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
